Refund policy

 
We make returns (and exchanges) simple 
We all have a return horror story, our goal is to make sure you don't have another. We have a seamless 90-day return policy, which gives you 90 days from the delivery date to start a return. All we ask is that the product is in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging).

To get started on your return, please reach out to us at team@staasapparel.com. We won't be able to accept items sent back to us without first requesting the return.

After you initiate the return, we'll set you up with a free return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
 

Refunds

We'll keep you in the loop throughout this process and let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Once approved, we'll ship out your exchange or automatically refund your original payment method. Keep in mind, banks have been known to move slowly and it can take some time for them to process and post your refund.

Although it's unlikely, if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, shoot us a note at team@staasapparel.com and we'll get to the bottom if it.
 

Damages and issues

Although our goal is to get everything right all of the time, we are a small team and sometimes we make mistakes.

As such, we ask that you please inspect your order up receipt and contact us if your gear is damaged, defective or otherwise unsatisfactory. We'll do what it takes to make it right.
 

Exceptions

All products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we also cannot facilitate returns for gift cards.
